Cooking thanksgiving dinner and just cooking through out the year when the mood really hits me.
My cooking tragedies
Thanksgiving and Christmas 1999 - when the turkey was not done all the way and I tried to make oyster stuffing and I am pretty sure that the main ingredient was left out of the stuffing. That thing tasted like cardboard,

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken
The best fried chicken I ever made. I started out using a frying pan- works better with a deep fryer. This is a no fail, best batter with or without skin chicken. It does not dry out and even after a day in the fridge - it was even better. Hint: I use milk instead of beer and I was a little more "free" with spices. Thanks!
