Spanish Rice Bake
This is a very good dish and is a keeper. Only change made in recipe was a tad of cayenne to give it an extra "zip".
Easy and quick to prepare. After sauteing meat, onions and bell pepper, added rest of ingredients and placed in oven covered for about 35 minutes. Then added cheese and served- Yum Yum
