Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

Key Lime Pie VII

my boyfriend gave this a 9 out of 10. It was really good. The texture was perfect in what I consider to be a key lime pie. The taste was super tart, so i had to make whipped cream to go with it. The pie itself is super rich.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

This was very good. Honestly it was a Little too sugary though, and I only put 2/3 cup sugar in the topping. I think the overall sugar could still be reduced by half a cup. Just too my much!!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I will have to try to make these again. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but these flattened out when i put them in the oven :( Everything I used was new and fresh, so I'm not sure what could have possibly caused that. The taste was good, but obviously because they ended up flat, they were also more dense than I thought. For right now I'm giving this a 3, because that's middle ground. I'll revisit this recipe again and try again and maybe re-rate it then :)

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Fabulous! I made this with a pork butt roast (boneless shoulder, 3 lb). I didn't change anything other than the meat and it turned out amazing. My boyfriend raved about it. As other reviewers have said, the gravy is sweet, but not unbearable. I really liked the gravy a lot! This recipe is going in my normal rotation!! Try this recipe!! You won't be sorry.

Campbell's Kitchen French Onion Burgers

I grilled the burgers halfway on te George Forman grill, added about 2 TBS ketchup to the onion soup in the skillet, then added the grilled burgers to the sauce for about 5 mins. Then, I topped the burgers with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese, and set on grilled buns. Delicious!!! We loved these and will be making them again!!

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

I used 18 oz semi sweet nestle mini chocolate chips and reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup. I also served this with whipped cream and a strawberry sauce recipe found on this site. Holy cow.....this tasted amazing. My boyfriends eyes rolled into the back of his head on first bite!! I will be making this in a springform pan next time. It's too hard getting this to drop out of a normal cake pan.

Quick Cheeseburger Pie

we LOVED this! I wasn't especially fond of the crust though. It seemed like it needed something softer. I am thinking next time of using crescent rolls as some other reviewers have suggested. Also, this tastes exactly like a white castle burger!

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

The taste was good but the cake itself was pretty dry in the areas that's weren't doused in cream cheese or jam. I would make this again IF I can figure out how to make it less dry.

The Best Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

Very very chocolatey! I only had butter so I used all butter. Then I added 1.5 cups regular chocolate chips, 1cup white chocolate chips, and a cup of mini chocolate chips. I then baked for 10 minutes and the recipe made about 40 cookies. A keeper! UPDATE: I took these into work and within one hour the entire batch of forty was gone! They were well received.

Country Apple Dumplings

We liked this a lot. Next time I'm going to use less butter and sugar though. I think using half a cup of butter is plenty. Also I only used 1 1/3 cup of sugar and this was still too much for us. I'm going to try 3/4 cup sugar with s stick of butter next time. I also never measure my cinnamon because you can never have too much with anything sugary.

Holiday Chicken Salad

I was always afraid of chicken salad. However since I was forced to try it I now find myself on pursuit for the best chicken salad sandwiches in restaurants. Well...this beats all the restaurants. This is SERIOUSLY the BEST chicken salad I've ever had! I just emailed the recipe to my mom it was so good. Thanks for sharing! Now I can get my skeptical boyfriend hooked on them as well. He would only try it if I made it. Finally a good recipe I can hook him on!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These were very very good! I crave them now and luckily I have some extra in my freezer to take out when needed. The only thing I wish was that these were a bit softer. Unfortunately I think Snickerdoodles are more commonly good just after they come out of the oven and when they're still soft. These hardened up pretty quickly. I'm still on the hunt for a good soft snickerdoodle recipe :)

Breakfast Loaf

I took another raters suggestion and took refrigerated pizza dough and made a stromboli out of it. I put sauteed red and green peppers, bacon, ham, american and gruyere cheeses, and egg whites on the pizza dough, rolled it like a jelly roll, then baked at 375 for 25 minutes. Came out AMAZING!
