Chicken Paprikash
I used 1 whole boneless-skinless breast cut in half long ways and cooked per the recipe until it was 150-155 degrees. When it was time to pull the chicken out I cut it into large but bitesize pieces and put it back in the sauce for 1-2 minutes to heat it back up when the sauce was almost finished reducing. I also added a bit more salt, pepper, and paprika to taste at the end. The sauce was absolutely awesome and the chicken was moist and flavorful.

Slow Cooker Sauerkraut and Sausage
This is almost like mom use to make! The only difference was that she: 1. Did not rince the kraut. 2. Added 2-3 cups of water. 3. Added one package of Lipton Onion Soup (box kind)

Country Style Fried Potatoes
I have never, ever, EVER been able to get fried potatoes to come out good at home before using this recipe. My uncle is even a short order cook and I still couldn't figure it out!!! Great recipe and the tip from one reviewer about making sure the oil/fat/shortening is hot before putting the potatoes in is the HOLY GRAIL of fried potatoes!!!! Thanks to all! I microwaved in a microwave steamer until almost fork tender, drained WELL, put into hot bacon fat, and added half an onion diced and a little cayenne pepper for some kick.
