Great recipe! Totally a keeper! I read a bunch of reviews and based on them I proofed the yeast first (added a tbl of sugar to the yeast and water), I didn't add the garlic to the dough but to the butter (I liked this suggestion a lot), I rolled the dough very thinly, and since I didn't have a grill I used an open George Foreman. It turned out great! The George Foreman was a pretty good substitute for a grill, even giving the bread the grill marks. I didn't have any problem with the dough, and I even put in half whole wheat flour to make it a little healthier. I paired this with Wendy's Indian Butter Chicken from this site and what a meal! I would recommend both recipes and they go great together :)
