Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2013
Very good recipe. Next time I would triple the soy sauce, add some red pepper flakes, and mince the garlic and ginger. Another way to tenderize the meat is to pound it with a mallet before or after you slice it.

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

This is a wonderful recipe. It is beautiful in appearance and makes a great party dish. Next time I will add a bit more hot sauce and horseradish, but that is a personal preference.

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2011
This was so moist and tender but salty! I did scrape the salt crust off, but the flavor was still very powerful. I will try it again with just the pepper and seasoned salt and see how it goes. The meat almost melts in your mouth. I used a round eye rib roast from Sam's Club for the meat.

Pollo Fajitas

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2011
Made this because of the high rating even though the list of ingredients sounded strange. I was joking with my husband we were having Asian-fusion Fajitas for dinner. They turned out really tender and delicious. Will add a bit more hot sauce or chili powder next time and maybe some Adobo. But, still a keeper recipe.

Cheddar Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
I felt this recipe had too much rice. If I made it again, I would only put in half the rice. Also, I would add a bit of sauted onion to the pea layer to add a bit of flavor.
