Best Ever Popcorn Balls
Absolutely wonderful recipe. Delicious. Easy. Quick. I popped 3 bags of popcorn while the ingredients were heating on the stove. I added a few tablespoons of homemade vanilla extract and BOY did it hit the spot! I used only 2.5 bags of popcorn and it is quite sticky and very well coated. I greased a large baking pan with butter and poured the popcorn and heated sugar mixture into the pan, stirring as I went. I did not form these into popcorn balls, but left it as a casserole of sorts to be chipped off and cut into---mainly because I figured out I didn't have saran wrap until after I started making this! Really a delicious recipe.

Dark Chocolate Cake I
Absolutely wonderful cake to make. Easy. Did not sink or stick. I used Ghiradelli unsweetened chocolate and it adds such a rich flavor compared to regular cocoa. I did not cool the boiling water/cocoa mix fully, but it didn't matter-- still turned out great. I added a little extra vanilla bean extract. Baked in a 350 preheated oven for 29 minutes. Be sure to grease your pans! I used aluminum round pans sprayed with Baking Pam spray and then coated with a thin coat of flour. Worked like a CHARM. No sticking. The cake is moist and fluffy. Absolutely delicious. Make it!
