Excellent, not too sweet. Pretty buttery though.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
Oh so good and easy. However, they're hard to stop eating and they're rich, so you'll regret eating too many, but as I said, it's hard to stop.

Banana Fritters

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
Mine were not nearly as pretty as the pictures, but they were quite delicious. I added a little extra cinnamon and a dash each of vanilla extract and almond extract.

Apple Coffee Cake With Brown Sugar Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
I very much enjoyed this cake. Very moist. I used about 2 and 1/2 apples, 375 for 1 hour. The reason I gave it four stars was the crust. The rest of the cake was cooked perfectly, but the crust was a little too hard. I'm not sure if there was anything I could have done to keep it from getting so hard. I'm not a huge fan of crusts in the first place, but my boyfriend agreed. I will definitely make this again, but perhaps I will try a different pan or a lower temperature for a longer amount of time. Also, very filling. I just ate two pieces (more than enough, and I feel a little ill. That's my fault though, shouldn't over do it.)

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2010
Great banana bread, exactly how I think banana bread should be, but of course that's just my opinion. A lot of people were saying this bread was very very dense. It's not exceptionally dense. It has bananas in it, it's not light and fluffy. I added some almond extract and a little cinnamon. I ended up using 3 and 1/2 bananas. I didnt measure them, but it turned out well. It stayed in the oven for about 63 minutes, exactly as the recipe says. I highly recommend this bread.

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2010
Very banana-y, but in a good way. I normally would have followed other user's advice and added vanilla, but I was out. They tasted just great without the vanilla, so it's not necessary, you'll still end up with excellent pancakes. I'm sure these would be great to experiment with.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
Very tasty. Very simple. I made ten cupcakes out of this, but they were a little over-filled, so it probably would have been better to make 12. About 20-25 minutes for cupcakes.
