Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
so simple! both simple to make and simple tasting. it is a forgiving dough, so don't worry too much... just give it lots of time to rise and you'll have a wonderful bread. i didn't put honey in this, i just put a little sugar in when proofing the yeast (1/3 cup). ENJOY!

Flax and Sunflower Seed Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
excellent bread! i tried this once with half white flour and half whole wheat flour, and a second time with all whole wheat flour. it is better with half and half, the bread will rise better. also, i threw in whatever nuts and seeds i had in the pantry, making this a very tasty and healthy bread! enjoy!

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
So good - but WAY too much salt! I didn't read the reviews before making this, but wish I had. It is not necessary to include the extra salt, as the soup and cheese have enough salt to make this recipe perfect. Enjoy!

Snickerdoodles II

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
excellent snickerdoodles, just like ina made in Sweden. just be very careful not to over bake these, as they can quickly go very crispy.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
so good! i made minor changes: - i used red pepper havarti instead of monterey jack... and i stuffed the chicken breasts with the havarti before dunking them in the egg bath. - it's also important to sprinkle a little bit of salt on to the chicken breasts before the egg wash, this will help them hold their moisture. - also, i added some basil to the bread crumbs. with these changes, the recipe came out amazingly good! the chicken was juicy and tender. enjoy! =)
