Classic Italian Pasta Salad
To make this pop with flavor and taste homemade, add some olive oil, a fair amount of red wine vinegar and a generous amount of garlic powder and taste. The salad dressing is a good base, but just a base... I've made it this way for years and people ask me to bring it to gatherings.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Made this last night and it was a huge success. I didn't change a thing about the recipe other than doubling the sauce at the end.. once removing the chicken, I first added more wine and let it cook off a bit before adding the cream and corn starch. I used a Chardonnay. I think it's the cream sauce that makes this dish so amazing. We have only a handful of dishes all our kids will agree on, but everyone in our family of five raved about it!

Sloppy Joes II
Pretty great!! So much better than anything from a can! The only thing I did differently was add some minced garlic to the onions and peppers. I'm Sicilian, I physically cannot cook onions and peppers without garlic! haha. I still left the garlic powder in the recipe. Oh, I also made it with double the meat, but triple the sauce.. just personal preference for sauciness. Pretty sure my small changes don't make much difference.. really good recipe!
