Banana Banana Bread

This recipe is great! 3 large bananas were not enough so I added 1/2 a cup of applesauce and also 1/2 a cup of chocolate chips. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly.

Creamy Zucchini Soup

Really nice flavors but way too much crushed red pepper. 1 tsp would be plenty!

Zucchini Pie

My friends raved about this dish and it was so simple to make! I'll definitely make it again. A great way to use up the tons of fresh zucchini coming out of the garden.
