Brookville Hotel Sweet and Sour Coleslaw
this is pretty colorless. i would add red cabbage and shredded carrots and maybe even some dried cranberries and dried dill weed. this really needs a bit of imagination.

Asparagus Lasagna
To give this recipe some bite I either blanch the asparagus or grill it. Both only take a few minutes and the results are much better. There is no salt or peper in this recipe. Considering the fact that mozzarella is not a salty cheese this needs salt and pepper for flavoring.

Florentine Artichoke Dip
I also cut the amount of mayo and and cream cheese back to half and marinated the artichokes over night in Olive oil, lemon peel, and provincial herbs. This could also be served with baked potato.
