Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This was fabulous, although I did make a couple of changes. Instead of mayo, I used about 3 tablespoons of cream cheese. (My fiance doesn't like mayo) Instead of garlic, mixed in some onion, and didn't have any bacon, so left that out. I also, browned the chicken on the stovetop first for a few minutes on each side, then transferred to the oven to finish cooking. So good! Will definately make again. Next time I will for sure try it with the bacon.

Horseradish Pork Chops

Great and easy recipe! I do usually add a little extra horseradish, as you tend to lose a little of the horseradish flavor once it cooks. But otherwise a great recipe.

Flatlander Chili

Excellant!!!! Made this recipe pretty much accordingly. The only things I did differently was I used two red bell peppers and two small onions and omitted the celery. Everything else I kept the same. My boyfriend loved it!!! Will for sure make again!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Love this recipe. I did change a couple of things. I didn't use celery, as I don't care for it. And I added in some cheese and some brown mustard. Brought this to a bar-b-q a couple of weeks ago and got a lot of compliments.

Wild Rice And Chicken Soup

Made this for the first time yesterday. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. I did follow the suggestion of others and use 1% milk instead of the cream, and added carrots. However, I did think it was lacking slightly in the flavor department so I added extra poultry seasoning and added some garlic powder. Otherwise, it was really good, will definitely make again.

Simple Beef Pot Roast

This was the first time I have ever made a pot roast, this was so easy. And came out great! The only thing differently I did was to coat the roast in a little bit of flour before browning it. And I used Dill and Thyme instead of the Rosemary, because that's what I had on hand. I also added a little bit of beef broth to give the liquid some extra flavor! Will for sure be making this again!!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

This is the 1st time I've ever had corned beef and cabbage and this recipe was wonderful. I did make 1 slight change on the recommendation of a friend. I substituted the water vinegar mixture for chicken broth, and the bulb of garlic I had was small, so I used the whole thing. Will for sure make this again.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Excellent dish!!! Made this last night as directed and my boyfriend and I thought it was wonderful. Some reviewers thought there was to much butter, but when we mixed it with the pasta, it was just fine. Will definitely be making this again.

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

Wonderful dish!!! I didn't have regular potatoes, so I used sweet potatoes instead. I also didn't have the chives. But it still came out great! My boyfriend loved it! I used a digital thermometer to keep on eye on the temperature. Pulled it out when it reached 160, let it rest about 10 mins, land it came out perfect! Extremely juicy! This recipe is definitely a keeper, and next time I will try it with chives, but will probably stick with sweet potatoes.

Slow Cooker German-Style Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Potatoes

My boyfriend and I did not like this. I followed the recipe as directed, there was hardly any flavor in this dish. It tastes like it's missing something. Highly doubt I will ever make this again. If I do, I would not add all the sauerkraut in the beginning. I would probably do half the sauerkraut, all the juice, and add the rest of the sauerkraut a few minutes before serving to heat it up. The one thing we did like was the potatoes. They tasted really well being cooked in the sauerkraut juice.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

This was wonderful. I had a 4lb pork roast, so I doubled the sauce. I was a little nervous as the vinegar smell was a little over powering. Do not worry, as it does cook off. And as I said this was a great dish!!!
