Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

I made this recipe, doubling the paprika and cayenne. I let them rest in the refrigerator for an hour on a rack that was set over a lasagna style pan before I fried them. I did not cover them. These wings tasted exactly like any I have had at any good restaurant/bar around here that serves wings! I highly recommend this recipe and I will definitely be making these again.

Egg Noodles

This was my first time making egg noodles so I decided to try this recipe based on all the good reviews. I recently bought an Imperia pasta maker & this was my first time using it. I rolled the dough out & worked it down to the thinnest setting. I made some wider width noodles by cutting them with a knife & also made some by cutting the sheets in 2" pieces then running them through the fettucini attachment for a thinner width. I used the wide ones in Hungarian Goulash & froze the rest to use later in chicken soup. The taste of these was absolutely sublime! I will definitely make these again.

Luscious Slush Punch

I went with the advise of other reviewers & used only 1 cup of sugar & ginger ale. I also used the 1 gallon freezer bags. They were all excellent recommendations. I made it for my daughter's baby shower. It was awesome!
