Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
I thought with all the rave reviews I might finally find a use for ground turkey that I liked. Nope. I am sure the recipe is fine, but still tastes like ground turkey and does not firm up like beef. I even added the extra spices, etc. others suggested.

Not so in love with these...the cookie bottom was pretty dry and not as toffeey flavored as I was looking for.

The Most Easy and Delish Meatloaf EVER!

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
The flavor was awesome. I made this last night and it was a welcome and moist change from our normal onion soup meatloaf. I used 2 lbs of beef, one can of italian tomatos (that's all I had) and one can of chilis, 2 sleeves of crackers, real onion, the spices and 3 eggs. It was awesome, but a bit wet. Next time, I'll drain the tomatos and it will be perfect. YUMMY!

Spur Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
I had a hard time with this recipe. It did not make a solid enough dough to roll out and then when I gave up on that and just tried making round cookies they turned out really heavy and not tasty. Not sure if it was the recipe or me, but I tried another sugar cookie the same night and it turned out amazing!
