Fun, Fun for my kids...they just kept laughing as they ate their creamy snow=) My hubby kind of choked it down, as he is used to the solid, creamy store-bought ice cream, but overall this was perfect for our blizzardish day!

Fajita Marinade III

Not something will make again. I used bottled lemon jc vs fresh, which may have made a difference, but even so it's not worth a cup of squeezed lemon jc for me to make again. My family just really didn't care for the strong lemon taste. Sorry=(

Doubletree Hotel's Cookies

I used CSTANDST1's review recipe...I love this cookie! My family, too. We love Doubletree cookies, and being able to enjoy such a close copy cat from home is great! This will be my regular choco chip cookie now! My 4 stars is because I used a reviewers recipe!

Taco Ramekins

This was a good base recipe to follow. Glad for the idea! I used taco seasoning, reduced the mayo and cut out the peppers/tomato for my family, but I topped mine with salsa. It was quite yummy, served with corn=)

Asian Orange Chicken

This was a great recipe! My husband really liked it, and that means a lot to me. I cut back on the orange zest, but would probably cut it out all together next time as it was a bit overpowering for my liking (just personal preference!) I also reduced the cornstarch so the sauce would be thinner...it was great! Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!
