Indian Tomato Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2014
I used four leg quarters cut up into 8 pieces and double the sauce and spices! Used crushed tomato (28oz can) . The only ingredient I didn't gave was cardamom and it still turned out fantastic! I steamed the chicken for 3 hours, add 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt towards the last 30 minutes. Delicious on white rice or with bread!

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
Made it twice so far. First time used chicken breast and second time used chicken leg quarters (more time in the oven), both were super yummy!!! I did take someone's advise to generally sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder with black pepper and salt, I also sprinkled salt free Mrs. Dash original blend seasoning. Both times I used cream of mushroom and chicken soup. I also sprinkled shredded parmesan cheese on the chicken for the last 5 minutes. will definitely make this again and again!

Shrimp with Lobster Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2012
Picky Hubby gave it a four star! That's a five to me!! Did use more liquids with chicken stock but less soy sauce as the color should not be too dark. Thanks for the recipe!

Cake Pops by Duncan Hines®

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2012
First try and came out wonderfully!! Make sure you tab your hand gently to get rid of excess coating. Make a few at a time and leave the rest in the fridge until ready to dip them. Love theses Cake Pops!

Dark Chocolate Cherry Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
Delicious! I made this last night and it is awesome! It is very sweet and I might cut back on sugar next time and Hubby said he would like some walnut in it the next time! It took longer than two hours to harden so I left it in the fridge over night. When I left it in room temperature this morning it became too soft, so I put them in a container and back in the fridge. Wish I could just leave them at room temperature though! But it sure taste great, rich and yummy... and so easy to make!!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Wow! These are sooo good! I used slivered almond instead of pistachios and equal sugar substitute instead of real sugar. Baked 45 minutes, cool about 10 minutes with a dish towel on top, baked again for 10 minutes as directed. Came out beautifully and taste so good! Will definitely make again! Thanks for the great recipe!
