Pecan Pie Bars I
These are delicious and everyone who's tasted them has loved them. But they made a big mess in my oven because the 10x15 jelly roll pan was not large enough. The sticky topping cooked over so I had it all over the outside of the pan and some had spilled onto my oven before I smelled it burning and could manage to get a larger pan underneath it to catch the mess. If you're going to make these, either use a larger pan or reduce the servings so using the pan specified in the recipe will work. If not, be prepared for A LOT of cleanup. I would have given it 5 stars if I hadn't had the issue with the pan.

Fluffy Pancakes
I made these for breakfast today. They were yummy...very fluffy. I didn't make any changes to the batter recipe but I added some fresh blueberries to some of them. The only issue I have is with the claim that this recipe will produce 4 servings. I used a measuring cup so I was exact with the 1/4 cup per pancake and I was only able to get 7 pancakes and I had to scrape the bowl to get enough for the seventh one. So maybe it'll feed 4 small children but no way would it feed 4 adults. Luckily, there were only two of us today so it was more than enough. This will definitely be my go to pancake recipe from now on.

Italian Stewed Tomatoes
For those of you who have canned this recipe, did you add lemon juice before canning? I'm kind of a newbie to canning and I've never done tomatoes before. But everything I've read says you have to add some acid, most call for lemon juice, to keep the acid level high enough. Any advice would be appreciated!
