Garlic Red Potatoes

These were just so-so. As other reviewers have suggested, the cooking time does not seem to be sufficient so I ended up baking these for significantly longer than the recipe called for, and while the flavor is good, its not particularly spectacular. I made these to go with steak, and while my guests all ate the potatoes, none of them commented on them. I may make these again in a pinch, but I didn't find them particularly special.

Simple Scones

I made these scones two times ... the first time I made them plain, and the second time I added lemon zest and poppy seeds. The scones were delicious both times with a perfect texture. This is a great base recipe for scones and I look forward to making them again with a variety of different fillings/toppings.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I made this recipe exactly as listed and it was pretty good. Next time, I would definitely dice the onions, and probably add in some garlic. For some reason, the texture was also better when we reheated it a couple of days later. It was somewhat greasy right out of the oven.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

I made this with beer margaritas, and it was a hit. The whole thing was gobbled up promptly and my in-laws asked for the recipe. Might buy a pre-cooked chicken next time to save time and add some dark meat, but will definitely be making this again.

Cajun Style Meatloaf

This was fantastic! My husband inhaled in before letting me know that I could make it for him again any time I wanted. I drained off the grease after it was done baking, and it wasn't greasy at all. I will definitely be making this again.
