Newport Clam Chowder

Hail the great OMMIE3! But seriously bomb chowder recipe. I cant believe how much difference the clam juice makes over water (I sucked it up and forked over the additional 8 bucks). My changes were 3-4 stalks of celery and I added 2 extra cans of clams (7.5oz) and withdrew 2 (8oz) bottles of juice. Then I threw it in a lightly toasted sourdough bread bowl. Sooo soo good. I think I am going to get some friends and have a chowder bowl night. lol

My Best Clam Chowder

Great! But not quite perfect, I thought it was a little too half-and-half-y. Next time I will probably drop about 15% volume of it and displace it with water or clam juiciness. But I did think this was a fantastic start to learning how to make some chowder. Also I must like clams, or meat, or something, because I think it should be about double the clammy-ness. More clam juice too, and less water in result. But thanks, this is now my basis for clam chowder!

Chicken Parmesan Bundles

Awesome and college dude friendly. Yeah I will make this on at least a few dates, so it must be good. Looks very very pretty too. I was more of a fan without the spaghetti sauce; thought it was a bit too strongly flavored and tended to take away from the amazing-ness inside. I am thinking about topping with parsley next time. Oh and I used Whipped Cream cheese to cut down on the fat a tad. Seemed to work really well! THanks a lot, great dish!
