I wasn't able to make this exactly as it called me to, but was still great and I am looking forward to making it again (with red wine, instead of sherry). It's a really nice "date" meal.

Cali's Sinful Creme Brulee

Awesome! My husband and I loved the crunchiness of the topping along with the sweet, smooth rich taste of the custard. And the chocolate blended the tastes perfectly.

This cake is very simple and easy to make. It tastes impressive so others are wowed by your expertise. The key is to not forget that it requires 2 hours for cooling down and then 2 hours for chilling. So, definitely not a quick recipe... it requires planning ahead.
