LOVED this recipe....tasted just like a donut hole! Next time I will cut the nutmeg in half, it was a little too overpwering for us!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
This was excellent! I followed the reviews...need to use 2-3 tortillas per layer or else they will get too soggy. I read not to mix the bean mixture in with the meat and sauce. Here is what I did: I like the idea of spreading the beans on the tortillas. The new layering order will be: meat, cheese, beany tortillas (bean side down), meat, cheese, beany tortillas etc. Top with meat sauce and cheese.

These went so fast at our housewarming party, everyone wanted to recipe. I baked them for a total of 45 minutes, turned over after the first 20 min. Also, I made the sauce using 1/4 cup of mayo, chili sauce and brown sugar. Very delicious!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
We make this often. Here is what I do differently: At the beginning, only add half of the BBQ sauce. When the chicken is fully cooked remove it from the crockpot and shred it with a fork then add the rest of the BBQ sauce.

Quick and Easy Mexican Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
Great recipe thats quick and easy...we make this one on weeknights! I browned the chicken in a skillet before baking in the oven (I think that gave it more flavor). Baked for 25-30 minutes and came out perfect!!!

These were so good! Let the cake mixture stand before adding the frosting! And you can cut the frosting in half! Great recipe...I got many compliments on these!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
Cut the amount of rice in half! I had way too much filling left over. Also I put some tomato sauce in the bottom with cheese, filled the pepper halfway with rice, added more tomato sauce and cheese, then filled to top with rice and topped with sauce and cheese! Thanks for the recipe!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
DH loves this! Here is what I do differently: Instead of cream of mushroom I use cream of chicken, don't need any salt the soup has enough! I used breadcrumbs for the topping instead of chips and added peas to the soup/tuna mixture. Oh and sometimes I use egg noodles. Thanks Chris for the great recipe!
