Carrot Pineapple Cake I

I just do not understand how anyone can rate this or any recipe after making changes to it" I loved it but I changed this and that" then its not the same recipe. This is a great cake with no changes, not low fat, Not leaving out anything, not adding extra this or that. Just good as it!

These are good but too salty, I have made them with unsalted butter and they were fine with the salt that's in the recipe, if you use salted butter they are not good

Gail's Famous Christmas Punch

This punch is fab! I have made it for the last three Christmas parties at my home and everyone loves it, I freeze some of the juice I use and use it for Ice directly in the punch. I cant have a party without it.

Apple Harvest Pound Cake with Caramel Glaze

This was excellent, super moist and full of flavor,Mine of course stuck, slightly but I think I didn't let it cool completely. Because it was so moist I could easily tack it back and the glaze covered any rough spots. I would only change my cooling time on the counter everything else was GREAT!

This was great! it was easy to make also. I cut back slightly on the sugar but I think I would not the next time, the cake I made could have been sweeter. It was still great,( stick to the recipe) Its a good one gigi

Sweet Dinner Rolls

mostly this was very good, but I too could not get them to raise, I did what my mom used to do I put them in the oven that I had warmed first,then turned the oven off. that did it, they rose. I guess if your not in a real warm area they do not raise well. You could also put them on top of stove while you are cooking in the oven that will get them to rise also. I think they tasted fine but not the best rolls I ever had like some people thought.

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

I think this cookie is great, yes it is peanut buttery as some have said but I guess that's because there is peanut butter in them, and they are sweet also due to the sugar.I think they are a quickly made, wholesome, cookie that is yummy!!! they will crumble if you pick them up while too warm let them cool then they crisp up and are perfect.

Low Carb Pancake Crepes

We really miss pancakes, being low carb, so I tried these. We loved them yes they are eggy but they have eggs in them so I guess you'll taste that. They were good with sugar free maple syrup and also as a crepe. Filled with low carb filling I think, they are great. I will experiment by adding some diced onion to the batter for the savory crepe.

The Best Lemon Bars

great lemon topping, I loved that part, I had to double the topping because, in my opinion top was too thin. The base got a little too hard for my taste, and too thick. I would make a thinner bottom and a thicker top.

Cocktail Meatballs IV

I make a similar sauce but I do not add the mustard, just chili sauce and grape jelly( the name brand jelly woks best) I make my own meatballs, when cooked, simmer in the oven with the sauce for 1hr just so the sauce gets in the meatball...excellent!!!

WOW!!! these are great. We are eating low carb these days, and these are our fave. Everywhere I bring them they get gobbled up. I usually do not like the original type of deviled eggs , but these are sooo good.LOVE THEM...
