World's Best Lasagna

This lasagna is absolutely amazing. I make it and freeze half of it immediately every time. Super Yummy!!!

Carnitas with Pico De Gallo

It was very easy to make and smelled delicious... but it lacked the taste I was hoping for. I was hoping for something a little spicy and savory and it fell short for me... a little bland. Maybe it would have been better with a little chihuahua cheese and guacamole.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Chicken and Corn Chili

Wow!!! What am excellent recipe! I followed some other reviews advice and in addition to the original recipe I added 1 can of diced tomatoes,1 can of black beans and frozen instead of canned corn. I served it with shredded cheddar, guacamole some fresh cilantro and tortilla chips... Absolutely Delicious!!!

Jamie's Minestrone

This minestrone soup has to be the best I ever had. The flavor was amazing and it was so hearty. With the exception of having to substitute dried herbs instead of fresh I followed the recipe to the letter. I did add the red wine. Next time I will double the liquids and spices to make it a little soupier but this went over so well we didn't even have any leftovers! (Even my picky 2 year old loved it!)

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

This recipe was so good that 1/2 a dozen Mom's in my daughter's preschool class asked me to share the recipe after I brought them to a cookie party. I subbed whole grain flour and added 1 egg- but so delicious!

Loved it! I did dip it in egg. Perfect and mouth watering as written! I am gluten intolerant so I ground up rice chex for bread crumbs. Yummy!

Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad
