Light Wheat Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2014
I posted this recipe and I still make them yet today. Just made them for Thanksgiving this year because my sister in law always requests them. Everybody seems to love them. I've never had any problems with the dough as some have suggested. They are actually easy and very user friendly. If you don't want to eat them the same day you make them, only bake them for 8 minutes, let cool and freeze or refrigerate. Once you are ready to bake, bake 5-7 minutes depending on desired doneness.Frozen ones must be thawed first. Happy to know so many are enjoying them. Katrina Susan

Dilly Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
This is like a recipe I used to make by hand but now I use this recipe in my bread machine. I prefer to chop up about 1/2 cup of onions instead of using minced. Instead of slicing the bread, I cut it into squares or chunks. My whole family loves it. This is a great recipe as it is or you can also let the bread machine mix it and then put it into a casserole dish and bake.

Texas Hotdog Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
I have made a sauce similar to this one but without the frankfurters. I had never heard of that but it's a good idea. I just don't eat frankfurters. I only eat sauce on buns. I'm from West Virginia and I also put a hint of cinnamon in my sauce as well as vinegar. Some people are afraid of something different. But this is a thumbs up for me. Thanks for sharing.
