Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup
Excellent! I've always liked cream of crab soup but never tried to make it before. I tried it earlier this week because my grocery store had lumb crab on sale. All I need to say is I'm headed to the kitchen now to make it again! My hubby and boys (11 & 7yrs old) loved it. Warm french bread and my now famous cream of crab soup is what's for dinner tonight! Thanks for sharing and making me look good!! Oh, and I added shrimp (diced)in it too...superb!

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
My family loved this! I didn't really change anything except I didn't have beef bouillon cubes I only had chicken I used them. I increased the recipe to make a serving for 8 instead of 6. I did need to use a little more flour to thicken the gravy it was too thin at first. Oh, and I didn't use poultry seasoning, I used garlic and onion powder. It came out excellent, I've never made homemade salisbury steaks before..definitely a new family favorite and in our rotation of meals. Served with mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits. My hubby used the leftovers to make breakfast for me and him... he used the steak, gravy and biscuits (gravy on the biscuit of course) and served with an over easy eggs...OMG.. Down Home & Tasty!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce
This was very good in my opinion. I'm a pasta with cream sauce lover and it's what I often order when out at a restaurant. This is definitely restaurant quality. My family of 5 all loved it. I made a few changes and took suggestions from other reviews. I increased everything because of my three sons who are big eaters and hubby too. More shrimp, more mushrooms (portabella), more of the seasonings, more cream cheese, added chicken, added milk, added parmesan cheese, added shallots and added sea salt. Wow!
