Potato Leek Soup III

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2013
I thought it was good reminded me of soup at Olive Garden. I added half butter stick, kale, turkey, sausage, and cayenne pepper. And half & half cream is all you need, delish!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
I used leftover ham from Christmas. The only thing I did different was add 2 tsp cayenne pepper, use peas instead of celery since that's what I had on hand (added last min) and lastly I put everything in the crockpot for 8 hours, made the milk, flour added last minute and mixed. My crockpot did all the work for me and it was absolutely delicious!!!

Tuscan Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
I think this soup was great. I added some flavors to suit my needs: italian seasoning, cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, and carrots, and of course some garlic cheese bread. This was so delicious and defintely worthy as restaurant soup! My fiance and I will keep this recipe.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
It looked good but when we tasted it more flavor was needed. We added teriyaki sauce and now it's very delicious.

I made this exactly as directed. This was edible to say this least, but I am not a huge fan of this dish.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
I really wanted this recipe to turn out great. A co-worker brought lemon bars and those were so delicious. The crust did not turn out that great, a little doughy, I made this crust exactly as directed in the recipe. I might need to break down & ask her for the recipe.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
This chicken was so good and really easy to make. I liked that I had all these ingredients on hand. I cooked chicken breasts and only cooked about 15-20 min on each side. This is truely a keeper!

Funnel Cakes I

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2010
I halved the recipe. As suggested, I added less salt, 2 tsbp sugar, 1 tbsp cinammon. I think next time I will cook slightly less so it's not as crunchy and more fluffy. All these ingredients were on hand, well done!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
Really moist. My fiance's coworker just ate chinese and was hungry once he smelled the aroma of the roast. I added potatoes and halved the recipe, I will definitely make this again.

A little too sweet for my taste, but still a lot of flavor. Definitely not my favorite, but is truely easy to make!
