Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
This came out absolutely delish I only added tomatoes but followed everything to a T. I think next time I'll use less pasta & I only used 12oz and it was a bit much. This is great for a potluck. Yum Yum the celantro is what gave it its kick!

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
This came out delicious we just loved the recipe and it tasted exactly the way I thought it would authentic. You can add your mexican twist to it and it will not stray much from the original recipe this cake was two thumbs up and a great way to kill the sweet tooth!!! DELICIOUS

Coconut Cream Cake I
This cake did not come out like I thought it would. The sweet condensed was way to much sugar that is mainly what I could taste. The coconut was not enough it tasted like white cake even after letting it sit over night in the fridge. I will not make this cake again.
