Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
Delicious and Sooo moist, but not to moist. i used a topping from a different recipe and it was perfect, here is the recipe: 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 cup quick cooking oats 1 cup chopped pecans Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it crumbles. set aside until bread is ready to bake. sprinkle the top of each loaf with one forth of the topping. Use the pecans (or walnuts) instead of the walnuts in the banana bread recipe

Gypsy Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
Delicious and healthy.. I love sweet potato and i love the idea of using it in a soup. I used about 3 cups of sweet potatoes instead of 2. This recipe has a nice contrast in sweet and spicy (mild and different kind of spicy). 5 Stars Great recipe, I will definitely try this again and add a little bit more cayenne pepper.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
This is by far the best onion ring recipe i have come across. I loved the texture but they could of used a little more salt and some garlic powder. I also prefer more onion in mine so I used two pieces of onion in each ring instead of just one.. Other than that, perfect... Its a little messy but well worth it.
