Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2012
I made this for a work event, so I tripled the recipe. This comes out more like a cranberry cake, but it is moist and delicious.I tripled the recipe and I used one teaspoon of Almond, and two teaspoons of Vanilla-I think that was the perfect combination. I also substituted sliced almonds for the walnuts. I baked it in a 9x13 pan and it took about an hour as opposed to 40 minutes. I sprinkled sugar on the top prior to baking and it gave it a crunchy sugary topping. I cant wait to make this again, Ill be making it at thanksgiving and probably christmas as well! In fact I have extra bag of cranberries, I might make one tonight! This one is a winner!

Baking Mix Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
I made this today with a bunch of blackberries I had to use. Like one of the other reviewers, this recipe is UNGODLY sweet.. I would reduce the sugar in the water mixture to 1/3 of a cup. I would also add cinnamon and maybe some vanilla to the cake mix. Its good, dont get me wrong, but my teeth hurt from eating it!!!

Pumpkin Pie Martini

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
This was only ok. The use of pumpkin pie spice just made the drink chalky. I think maybe if the pie spice was mixed into the pumpkin puree that would work better. I am going to experiment with this and keep you posted!!

EXCELLENT! A few changes I made: I used 3 teaspoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. I rolled my zeppoles in cinnamon sugar. They are fantastic, and I could eat the whole batch! One batch made approximately 15 medium sized zeppoles. I made two batches :)
