Warm Mushroom Spread

Pastry Cream

I don't usually review a recipe if I have made changes but... I needed a filling for crepes with berries. I had two guests that are diabetic. I add granulated Splenda instead of sugar and it was delicious. substitute it cup for cup. All enjoyed!

Saltine Toffee Cookies

I have used this same recipe for many years. I give as gifts and it is always a part of holiday cookie trays. Folks always ask for the recipe and are amazed it is so easy--it taste so good.

Anniversary Chicken I

Honey Mustard Dressing II

I was looking for a lower calorie dip for baked chicken tenders. I tried this using Dijon mustard because we love the taste, this was excellent. I made it again and doubled the recipe. This time I did half low fat mayo and fat-free sour cream. Again very good--it did not taste lowfat.

Empanadas

These are so delicious. I made them for a latin-themed party and they were a huge hit. I did half with apricot & pineapple, and half with raspberry. I plan on trying them again and putting Nutella in them.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Sloppy Joes I

I would suggest if you like thicker sloppy joes that you thicken with crushed saltine crackers. Thats what my Mom did. We use to make this all the time growing up and I had forgot about it till now. Thanks for sharing.
