Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Everyone in my family enjoyed this dish. I used spicy andouilli sausage instead of kielbasa and omited the cayenne. I used a sweet onion. I also browned the sausage and then added the peppers and onions, so they were a little crunchy. This will become a regular quick dish for us. Thanks!

Roasted Tomatillo and Garlic Salsa

This was very good. I was surprised by how much the peppers mellowed when roasted. I have made this recipe twice, the first time I followed the recipe exactly. The second time I added a pasilla pepper, fresh onions and a squeeze of lime juice-fantastic!
