Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
This was pretty good. Seems like a good base recipe to start with. Will make again. My 3 year old actually ate it, winner in my book.

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
This tastes better than it looks. As for smells, my house stinks from mushrooms, again the taste makes up for it! Next time I would add diced sweet ham and diced potatos and/ or string beans. I served this over pasta. Good dish if you can get over the look.

Mango-licious Tilapia

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
I thought this dish was okay. The best part was the salsa which I used today over some grilled chicken for lunch. I sliced the orange and a peach and added to the fish a few minutes before being done and also added some coconut flakes. It really helped to enhance the fish.

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
I made the meatballs today. The kitchen smelled terrific all day. I made a few small changes such as using turkey meat instead of beef and skipped the stewed tomato chunks. Very good recipe. Simple too. Last night I prepared the meat and formed the meatballs and this morning it took 5 minutes to get everything into the pot. EXCELLENT for working parents!
