I love to cook small parties for my friends. I work for a large corp. and the contrast is good from a cooking stand point. I want to "Publish" a "Cookbook" with all of my recipes.

My favorite things to cook are "SEASONAL" as here is where you find the best flavor. If you can get to a local open-air market Farmer's Market do so. I love to cook all types of foods and try different recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I cook a 5 or 7 coarse meal for the holidays and the sky is the limit. Each year I try to out do the year before.
My cooking triumphs
I have entered food shows and won "BLUE RIBBONS" for Pico de Gallo, Cold Strawberry Soup and Fresh Tomato Basil Soup.
My cooking tragedies
I left a dozen eggs boiling on the range and returned 2 hours later to a wonderful or not so wonderful "Sulfur Smell". I could not save the sauce pan and the smell was there for a few days.
