Balsamic Glazed Carrots

These were very tasty, however, I too made a few changes. I used whole carrots, peeled them, and then sliced into quarter in rounds. I baked them at 425 for about 20 min and they were still slighty uncooked. I should have let them for just a few minutes more. But recipe is great. Thanks!

This was absolutely delicious. Sweet yet savory, after this meal you may never want to eat out again. I did things a little different. I used organic agave nectar because that is what I had on hand. I paired it with balsamic glazed carrots, brown rice with grilled onions and a dash of brown sugar and dried cranberries. DELISH! It's oh so healthy and I've recommended it to all I know.
