Real Strawberry Cupcakes

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
I have made these twice now and they are simply amazing. Everything about them is perfect. The fresh fruit really adds that special something that you just cant get from a box. They are easy to make and everyone that has tried them loves them.

These rolls are good. For my icing I used white cholcolate chips and sour cream since I didnt have any cream cheese. They were very good.

Avocado Feta Salsa

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
WOW. I made roasted garlic and spread it over my home made pizza bread after it came out of the oven for dipping. This salsa rocks. My family went crazy for it. Will be making it again soon.

Ciabatta Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
I have made these twice now. The first time they came out ok. The second time was much better. I make buns instead of loaves. I do the water for every three minutes as someone else mentioned. With five minutes left I brushed and egg wash on the tops. It gave the buns a great color and the buns were a hit. I used them to make bacon cheese burger sliders. YUMMY......

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2010
Wow these are good. I did tweak the recipe a little. I used a tablespoon of shortening due to some of the reviews I read. I also added a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. I used dark chocolate chips and pecans. These are just great cookies. Thank you

Chinese Steamed Buns

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
I baked these instead of steamed. They were at 350 for about 30 minutes. Prior to baking I put an egg wash on them. Once I pulled them out of the oven I put a tablespoon of honey on top and brushed it around. They were very good. I am going to cook them again but at a little higher temp to see if I can get them even crisper. Filling was of my own creation of smoked pork butt and sausage.
