My family LOVED this recipe! If you like cookie dough - you will love these. They are very sweet and gooey - so one at a sitting is enough, lol!

My Oh-Yeah Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
I made this recipe exactly as posted, although I was a bit hesitant because ingredients sound a bit unusual. I was glad I did. It was GREAT! My family loved it! I made it, tasted it and then put it in the crock pot with ribs - YUMMY! If you use crock pot, be sure to watch it as it may get too dark (due to sugars) if cooked too high and too long. Thanks for the recipe!

Fruity Krispy Treats

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
All of my kids and myself thought these had an AWESOME flavor. The reason that I gave it only 5 stars is because even my kids thought they were far too sweet. Regular rice crispy treats are made without sweetened cereal so I think due to fruity pebbles being pre-sweetened, the end results are too sweet. Maybe to eating a tiny square would be perfect! Thanks, very flavorful!

Glazed Almond Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
Wonderful Tasting cake! Pretty also! Because of reading some reviews, I did change the amount of almond extract to 2.5 teas. and vanilla extract to 1.5 teas. GREAT taste! I gave it only 4 stars because I made the frosting exactly as written and it was SO runny. I thew it away and made my own with powdered sugar, milk, real butter and almond extract - I did double frosting amount. Bake it only 45 min. and came out golden brown and completely done. As for the cake sticking to the pan, I used room temp. (real) butter to grease and then instead of flour (which causes that white powdery look) I dust with white sugar - It makes it brown to a golden lightly crispy surface. Thank You!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
These cupcakes were AMAZING! I made exactly as written. I filled my decorating tube with the filling mixture & used the longest thinnest attachment - I then pushed it in the too of the cupcake slightly denting in the top- squeezed for a few seconds and squeezed while slowly pulling out stopping just before it reached the surface of the cupcake. I frosted the top and they turned out looking so professional like Hostess made them on an assembly line! And did they taste wonderful! Thank U!

Killer Bacon-Cheese Dogs

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
I made exactly as written except cooked them in the broiler oven - split the dogs lengthwise when almost done and put the cheese & bacon slice in the dog. I then put them under the broiler until cheese melted. Very good!

General Tsao's Chicken II

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2011
If I could give this recipe 10 stars, I would do so! This was absolutely DELICIOUS! The whole family tore it up, NO leftovers. Definitely of restaurant quality, if not better. I have tried many homemade oriental recipes and NONE are as good. I'm not sure what the purpose is of double frying, but will continue to do so as I don't want to chance it affecting the awesome outcome. THANK YOU!!!!

McCormick® Stuffed French Toast

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
This French toast was very good - even my kids gobbled it up. The only changes I will make next time are; I will not leave the stuffed Toast in the egg mix for quite as long and will cook at a lower temp. than regular French toast as it became quite soggy. It's also fantastic in that, you can change the flavors of preserves to whatever your taste buds are in the mood for. I will go with blueberry next time as it goes VERY well with cream cheese! Thank You!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
AWESOME! Very easy to put together and has an outstanding flavor! SO tender & juice! I followed the recipe to a T. I really think that the reviews that stated it was too salty, must be also be the ones who used beef or chicken broth instead of water as called for - broth has a very high sodium content. I thought it was perfect as written! Thank You!

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2011
AWESOME chicken! I love very hot food and found that 1/2 of the cayene pepper was plenty. As a rub, not all seasoning made is actually used. Definately a keeper!
