Baked Salmon II
This was really good! I gave it 4 stars only cause I tweaked it to what other reviewers suggested. But the result was definitely 5 stars, eventhough I only marinated it for 10 minutes. I will definitely marinate longer next time though. I made 4 portions but equivalent for 2 portions of salmon the changes I made were 1 T olive oil, 3/4 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 3 T lemon juice and 1 tsp dried parsley, oh and 1/2 tsp dried dillweed. After marinating for only 10 min. I pan fried it in a little more than 1 T of butter. I flipped it once and in total cooked it for about 15 min. I sprinkled more black pepper and dillweed on it when cooking and it turned out sooo good! I am so happy that I found a way to cook salmon now that is not just butter, salt and pepper. I will marinate it next time for 30 min to 1 hr, but even 10 minutes of marinating was delicious!!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
I didn't like this but i'm giving it 3 stars cause I did alter it a tad bit. I didn't use the chicken broth and dissolved some boullion granules in 2 cups of water first. I thought there was too much basil and oregano smell and taste and the pork was leaning on the dried side. It tasted better when I thickened up the sauce with cornstarch at the end and drenched the pork with the gravy. I won't be making this again. It wasn't horrible but right on the borderline of being edible or not, but was edible.

Fluffy Pancakes
These were very fluffy and good. I topped mine with sliced bananas and maple syrup and my 4 yr old loved it. My almost 2 yr old liked it...but he's not normally into pancakes anyway.
