Grilled Orange Chicken

I made this for my family(2,8,12 plus husband and I) Everyone really liked it. I made this in the oven as it is winter and didn't want to BBQ. A hint for those who don't know much about Balsamic Vinegar...depending on how old and how long it is aged for will change the flavour of the vinegar. The old and longer aged ones cost more and will have a VERY pungent flavour. Please adjust your recipe or you will be disappointed by the overwhelming Balsamic aroma and taste. If you are in doubt add less the first time.

Apple Cider Sauce and Pork Loin Chops

My husband made this recipe last night (all by himself!). Initially I was very worried about the amount of Worshestershire sauce, since it is usually very strong. He made it with six chops and approximated the ingredient amounts accordingly. He did not have apple cider, so used apple juice and added some cinnamon and nutmeg to it (his idea). Then he baked it in the oven with 2 thinly sliced apples as well. Then he thickened the sauce with some cornstarch, because the suace was a little thin otherwise. Our whole family really enjoyed it and I was very pleasantly surprised (since I had been worried about the amount Worchestershire sauce)! The apple slices were a very nice touch. I am proud of my husband, because he always says "I don't like to cook" or "I don't know what to make" when it is his turn to do supper. He found it to be an easy recipe and says that he would even make it for company!!

Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

Super simple to make. Along with the cinnamon mixture, I add a few drops of corn syrup to the bottom of each muffin slot. It made a really goo-ey sauce....yum!

Rhubarb-Raspberry Crunch

Excellent recipe! Went over well with our company. I used a frozen berry mix in place of the raspberries. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star rating was it wasn't accurate in the pan size, I tripled the recipe for a 9x13 pan.
