Crispy Gingersnaps

This really is a great recipe. I'm not a fan of gingersnaps in general, but I couldn't stop eating these. I didn't sprinkle or dip in sugar, and I did add a little bit extra flour from reading other's reviews of how greasy they were. Overall, fantastic recipe that will be my go to recipe for gingersnap cookies.

Red Lentil Curry

A great recipe. I added a can of diced tomatoes instead of tomato puree, and added extra madras chili powder - lovin' the heat! Next time, I will take other's advice and add other veggies like carrots and peas...maybe even just the veggies if I have no lentils in the pantry. Word of caution - Lentils cook very fast!

Easy Broccoli Quiche

I poured the batter into individual sized pastry crusts and they were a hit at the party.....the only suggestion I have is to reduce the salt a bit.

Fish Chowder

I was impressed with myself that I could actually make something like this from scratch. Very nice. I did substitute half of the cod with red snapper, and it was tasty, tasty, tasty. I recommend to everyone that they buy only the freshest fish possible or else they can get a flavour that is too fishy.

Aussie Chicken

Delicious! I cooked the bacon and mushrooms a few hours in advance, as well as making the sauce in advance. At dinnertime, I just had to deal with the chicken. My boyfriend loved it! Being vegetarian, I used the sauce on my salmon and it turned out beautifully.

French Beef Stew

I was a bit skeptical of the recipe due to the lack of a long ingredient list common in stew recipes, but I gave it a shot. Fast and easy to make, and most importantly, DELICIOUS!!!!!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Everyone loved it! I loved it! Didn't have any ground cloves, so added a pinch of allspice instead and it was yummy. I baked 25 degrees lower and for an hour instead, and I found it turned out just perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe.
