Baked Halibut Steaks
This was really good! I used Tilapia to cut down on the cost of using Halibut. I also used fire roasted tomatoes which was suggested by other reviewers. The fire roasted tomatoes added more flavor. I also added squash in addition to the zucchini. I served the dish over Basmati rice which worked well with this dish. The Feta cheese definitely adds a surprising twist to this recipe. This is definitely a keeper

Meatball Sandwich
If I could give this 10 stars I would! My Boyfriend and I love this recipe. I have made this a few times. I baked the meatballs for about 30mins then transferred meatballs and sauce into crockpot. When ready to serve toasted hoagie rolls in oven then added the meatballs and melt with shredded mozzarella/provolone cheese blend under the broiler. BEST meatball Sandwiches I have ever tasted!

Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells
This was absolutely delicious. Used 1b of ground chicken instead of beef. I toke other reviewer suggestions added sauteed onions to meat Omitted the eggs as this wasnt needed. I also added spinach to cream cheese/meat mixture. added additional spices, Oregano, basil, ground peper when cooking ground chicken and also extra sauce on the top and mozzarella cheese. Last 3mins put under the broiler
