Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos
This was really really good. I cooked mine in the crockpot on high for 5 hours, last hour of cooking I added thinly sliced red onions. I also was out of chili powder so I used 1 whole packet of taco seasoning (Lawry's Hot Taco), and used fresh minced garlic. I shredded the meat and left it in the crockpot for about 20 minutes. Will be using the leftovers to make enchiladas.

Apple Crisp II
Really really great... I only used half of the white sugar the recipe called for.. and just like when I make an apple pie, I always had a splash of vanilla and a little orange zest.. This recipe is definetly a keeper!!!

Bev's Orange Chicken
We really really liked this alot.. I made a couple changes..I added just a pinch of ground ginger.. after I mixed all the ingredients I threw them all in a Ziploc bag along with some fresh sliced mushrooms and some chopped green onions..I let everything marinate for about 30 minutes in the fridge before I cooked it.. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs so it only took about 45 minutes to cook.. My husband isnt a big rice fan so I just served it over some green beans and a nice salad.. I think the mushrooms and the onions made all the difference..
