Hello fellow food fans! My name is Claudi and I live in Orlando with my wonderful boyfriend and best friend. Cooking is a bit new for me. I've never experimented much in the kitchen. I've been baking since a young age but am just now dipping my toes in the creative culinary world. So far so good! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I've also been vegetarian for the better part of 7 years, so veggie stuff is ALWAYS welcome!
Thanks for looking :)
My favorite things to cook
BAKING! Specifically moist cupcakes, mostly with lots of fruits! Cookies, and muffins, yum!
Slow cooker dishes (we just got a new one for Christmas)
Salads- anything FRESSHH!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother makes pumpkin raisin cookies every Halloween, I could never skip out on those!
For the most part I like starting my own traditions ;)
Oh, also, every Thanksgiving my mom would make the most delicious buttery yeast rolls. She would sit me up on the counter so I could help her roll them into the classic crescent shape. It's one of my earliest and more recurring young memories, and probably stemmed my love for baking. We still make them together during the holidays.
My cooking triumphs
Every day is a triumph when nothing burns!
My cooking tragedies
Burning things :(
