Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This is an excellent slow cooker recipe. We made a few adjustments as other reviewers have suggested. We substituted chicken broth for the beer and seasoned with fresh cilantro, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. We used pepper jack cheese to add at the end and the soup came out pretty spicy. It made a lot and was very filling.

Pepperoni Bread

This was amazing and very easy to make. I did make a few changes/additions. I used the Pilsbury thin crust pizza dough and brushed the dough with about 1/2 of pizza sauce, also added some green peppers and mushrooms. It was done in about 25 minutes and delicious.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Very delicious. Easy to make with little prep and a lot of taste. My wife and I thought that it had a taste very much like a Chicken Carbonara without the bacon. We used a bed of bowtie pasta and loved it. Great recipe!

Monterey Chicken with Potatoes

This was simply amazing! We cooked the recipe exactly and it came out wonderful. It was very simple and very delicious. Make sure you don't add too many potatoes as any not able to soak up some butter from the bottom may dry out as they cook. I'll also be making some extra of the salsa/cilantro/cheese mix next time to pour some over the potatoes as well as coating the chicken.

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

Overall this recipe is very delicious. It has a wide variety of tastes that all work great together. My wife and I made this and loved it. We didn't care much for the corn tortillas and instead served it with the fish over a bed of the salsa and some out-of-the-box Spanish rice with a dollop of sour cream on the side. Anyone not familiar with jicamas should be aware that they have a fruity and apple-like taste and texture, which we found just a tad too fruity with the lime juice. We followed another person's suggestion and added some pinto and black beans to the salsa which we highly recommend. Overall it was very good but be sure to tweak the salsa and the seasoning to your liking.
