Portobello Mushroom Burgers
First time I ever had a portobella burger, my husband ordered for me. He thought it was a burger with mushrooms. I had no idea it was a mushroom. Now I enjoy when ever I can and with this recipe, I can have when ever I want. I used my cast iron pan (medium high) and cook as if outside on grill. My Girlfriend used her frying pan and same results... awesomely delicious! Did do one thing different, no oregano, but used fresh cut rosemary (littly goes long way. I use shredded cheese mixtures and place inside cap when I place on roll. it melt naturally from heat off mushroom.... SOOOO GOOD!!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
Easy to make and I doubled. Amazing it's the same recipe used for basic chocolate chip cookies when doubles and the brown sugar is missing, however the white sugar makes up for the brown. It's the vanilla that makes the cookie. Place dough in bowl, covered with plastic wrap in fridge (hour) and then use wax paper (parchment) and formed a roll. then refrigerate an hour, cut roll in half and put one half in freezer in zip lock and sliced cookie size wanted from other half and baked. With summer coming up, would rather the toaster over used for 4 cookies then the stove (no A/C here).

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
First watch the video, and fallow directions of smashing and not slicing (that was a typo for sure). Fallowed to the tee, just used 1 over ripe banana with 2 other bananas. After I tasted when done mixing all ingrediants, I knew a loaf wouldn't do it, so I just made 12 muffins and still had enough left over for a small persoanal loaf. As for bake time started with 35 minutes, but then when I could smell the banana nut bread then would test for doneness YUM!!!!
