the parsley is wonderful... a very tangy traditional hungarian flavor. a refreshing alternative to the "cream of" soups. ***I subbed 2Tbs vinegar for the soy sauce and it turned out great! Might add a dash of white wine next time. I'm allergic to flour- so it could be thickened with a pinch of cornstarch instead. Didn't have any milk on hand- so i just used the sour cream for creamy-ness. AMAZING!!! Thank you for the recipe:)
