These were super easy and super good. Dinner guests and hubbie loved them. I substituted whatever fresh herbs I had in the garden (generous proportions of rosemary, oregano, lemonbalm) and left out the bay leaves 'cause I didn't have any in the pantry. Used extra soy sauce and added a splash of dry red wine just for kicks. I had to cook it a lot longer than 25 minutes (closer to 1 hour), but that wasn't really a problem. Next time I'll triple the recipe and make enough for several meals at once.
