Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
These were great! I followed the directions, only changes I made was with the seasoning. I used chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne, pepper, and salt. These were great, outside was crispy while the inside was soft and tender! Will be making these many times again.

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
This was a great hamburger. I had no issues with the cream cheese/jalepeno mixture oozing out. How I did it was form out 4 patties (I was making 2 burgers), and on 2 of the patties, made an indentation in the middle for the mixture to go in. I put the 4 patties in the fridge for about an hour, then filled them. I used a fork to score the edges of the burgers to ensure that they would not fall apart. My only reason for giving this 4 out of 5 stars is I think it would have been tastier if the filling had more of a zip or tang taste to it. I didnt want to put the usual ketchup on them, because I was unsure of how it would taste with the cream cheese. Overall, these were great. I will definitly be making these again, only changing the mixture recipe a little to give it some more flavor.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
This recipe is fantastic. I had to triple the sauce recipe for it, but still followed the recipe directions exactly. These porkchops have an array of wonderful flavors in every bite. First you have the tangyness from the ketchup. Then the slightly sour taste from the lemon, the sweetness from the brownsugar, and with all of that together, it is delicious. My fiance is a fried porkchop lover, but I have never seen him mmmm ohhhh and ahhh over porckchops as he did these. Fantastic, 5 stars, will be making again
