I think I have tried nearly all the recipes for buttermilk pancake there are and this one tops the cake! It takes a lot for me to rate a recipe 5 out of 5 stars ... This one won't fail to disappoint. I really do think the secret is not only in the buttermilk, but it's so important to not overmix.
