This month I was asked to work with Reynolds. I couldn’t be happier as I already use their products almost every single day and was looking forward to trying their new products.I received the non-stick Reynolds Wrap, along with a list of recipes for me to choose from that I could make. I chose… MORE

About this Cook
I find cooking very relaxing. It is a hobby that I have embraced since I was 17 years old. I have tried hundreds of recipes as well as creating hundreds of my own. My husband and I love fine dining and my tastes have changed to a more sophisticated one. We often find ourselves pairing food with wine or beer and keeping records of what we like the best. We love to entertain.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite dinner party is Korean Barbecue. I set up a grill right on the table to cook and I can make all of the salads a couple of days in advance. My guests are always wowed and it is always a memorable night.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite family tradition is brunch on Christmas day. After a morning of opening gifts we always sit down to a formal brunch. There are omelets, pancakes, waffles, sausages, bacon, you name it we make it. Although the place settings are always formal, we sit around the table in our robes and enjoy each others company over casual conversation.
My cooking triumphs
My ultimate cooking triumph I would have to say is ravioli. I have practiced this to where I now have a good handle on making the pasta just right.
My cooking tragedies
Hands down my biggest goof was making chocolate bowls for chocolate mousse. The chocolate was too hot when I put it on the balloons and after doing about 4 of them, they all popped. There was chocolate everywhere!

Soft Dinner Rolls
Wow, wow, wow! We loved these! I got rid of my bread maker so I used my KA. I proofed my yeast by combining the water sugar and yeast and let it sit for maybe 15 minutes. I mixed in the butter, egg, salt and 1/2 of the flour with a wooden spoon and then mixed everything else up on my KA using the dough hook. I had it on I think 2 or 3 for about 3 minutes. I turned it out in an oiled bowl and placed it in my plate warmer for an hour on low. I punched the dough down and followed the rest of the directions from there. I made mine bigger and had only 12 rolls. These would make phenomenal hamburger buns! They were delicious with our stew, but I can't wait to make burgers with these.

Homemade Spinach Pizza Rolls
Yum, yum, yum! This was a winner in my house. I made my own pizza dough, I added some extra spices and I served it with homemade marinara sauce too. This turned out soooo good! I love this non-stick Reynolds wrap as well. Nothing sticks to this stuff at all!

Chocolate Applesauce Pudding
I have to agree with the other reviewers...this just doesn't taste like pudding. I tried to make some adjustments too. I used 3T. of powdered sugar instead of regular sugar to help with the consistency. I added about 1t. of vanilla and I also folded in some whipped cream but in the end it still tasted like chocolate applesauce. I'm going to try freezing this in cubes and use them to flavor some chocolate martins, otherwise I wouldn't use it. I will say my 2 year old liked it, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars.
